Justice spent 11 years as a hands-on engineer, designing and building data-intensive systems for enterprise organizations — including Union Pacific, and client engagements for Global X ETFs — and standing behind what he shipped. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science, the latter with a cybersecurity focus; his graduate machine-learning research in a CIA-funded identity-sciences program produced patent-pending technology. As CTO, Justice owns AI-native architecture and security — where every number comes from, how it was validated, and who approved it.
