About
Before founding StarterStack, Mark spent a decade building data and risk models at EY and Booz Allen Hamilton, then — through Dusseau and Company — served clients including Two Sigma and IPX Retirement, where he led the modernization of a 15-year-old legacy system (pre-acquisition) into a platform administering $40 billion in assets.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics and a master’s in econometrics, and he has taught computational mathematics at Johns Hopkins. As CEO, Mark leads strategy and AI — a partnership with Justice that began building an AI-powered search engine for Global X ETFs, where the two first met.
